Dunes at Frenchmans is a spacious 3 bedroom home in the heart of Point Lookout.  Located on the corner of Mooloomba Road and Bimba Street, it positions you 90m from the Frenchman's stairs,  500m to cafes, shops and the iconic Gorge Walk where you can view amazing wildlife and in winter watch the whale migration, with a viewing platform virtually across the road.  Walking distance to Frenchmans, Main, Deadmans and Cylinder Beaches, this property is perfect for those that love the sun, surf and sand. 

The house features lovely high ceilings, open plan living, dining and kitchen with timber floors and sliding glass doors that open onto an east facing deck where you can catch those stunning sea breezes while you dine and relax.  Good sized kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven with gas cooktop and breakfast bar where you can enjoy company while you cook.  Main bedroom is spacious with built in robes and glass sliding doors accessing the east facing deck.  Bedroom 2 is a double with built in robe and sliding glass door on the western deck and the third bedroom is 2 single beds with built in robe.  The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass screens and separate toilet.  Laundry is downstairs and entry is from an external door, so please note no direct access internally. It offers a top loader washing machine and dryer.

Under the house there is a double carport with direct access to the internal stairs leading to the main living area upstairs.  There is off street parking on Mooloomba Road with access to the house via a ramp. All linen is provided for the house and beds are made on arrival, so all you need to bring are the beach towels. A starter welcome pack is also supplied which includes 2 toilet rolls, 1 x bin liner, 1 x chux, 1 x scourer, guest soap and enough dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets for your stay.
